On Saturday we went shopping at Jung Ceylon. This shopping centre is situated in the Patong beach area and turns out to be a massive shopping complex. It is split into 4 main areas. Silang blvd consists of lots of individual shops, the port which is an outdoor relaxing area, sino phuket has lots of different restuarants and finally phuket square has a large retail chain taking up most of the building.
We spent all day there buying lots of clothes and a suitcase as our original bag is now too small to house everything. we ate lunch at a thai restaurrant in the port and dinner at a japanese restaurant in the same area. Both were fantastic.
I think I have to cut this entry short as it is check out time at this hotel, we are moving on to another one on the south coast of Phuket.
